4.Creating a Personal Care Plan and Choosing a Care Coordinator

Chris Merrill Medicare / Long Term Care Consultant
Chris MerrillI specialize in insurance which covers the health care needs of an individual whatever the need may be through the course of life. This would include Long Term Care, Health Insurance, and Medicare. Most recently I have become involved in the new Medicare Part C & D plans. I am also responsible for weekly educational seminars on care issues.

I also help veterans, members of a veteran's family, or the surviving spouse of a veteran understand how to obtain long term care benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Most veterans are not aware of the benefits available through veterans health care, through state veterans homes, through home renovation grants, or for two disability income programs called Compensation and Pension.
